At Expression Products Ltd we want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we offer you a 14 day Returns Policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to change your mind. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original purpose made packaging.
Any promotional free items that were included in the order must also be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged you must inform us immediately, if you cannot get through on the phone you should email us straight away so this can be logged and the damage reported to the courier. We would ask that you report any damages within 24 hours of receiving the product. If this is not done we cannot guarantee a full refund.
We do not accept minor marks and damage on the packaging due to shipping and handling as a fault, but we will where possible attempt to replace the damaged item. This is at our discretion.
In the event that you change your mind or are unhappy with the product, you have 14 working days to cancel your order and received a full refund on the product. Expression Products Ltd will not in this instance be liable for the return postage.
If you suspect a fault with your goods you should phone us or email us for support as nearly all problems can be resolved this way and we are happy to help.
Returns are only accepted after the customer has first raised the problem with us via phone or email. We will offer possible resolutions for the customer to try to attempt to correct the problem. Only after all possible causes have been examined will a return be accepted.

Shipping Cost To Return Goods
The arrangement and shipping cost to return goods to us is bourne by you and will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within no more than 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
